Purpose of the Site
This Site is provided for general informational purposes about the campaign. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or voting advice. For official election information — including how, when, and where to vote — rely on the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters and the California Secretary of State.

Except where noted, the text, images, and design on the Site are owned by the campaign and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than normal personal or non-commercial sharing. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks — including those of endorsing individuals and organizations — belong to their respective owners and are used to identify their endorsements.

Titles and affiliations listed for endorsers are provided for identification purposes only and do not imply that any employer, agency, or organization endorses the campaign unless expressly stated. An endorser’s support does not mean the endorser controls or is responsible for this Site.

The Site links to third-party websites and services, such as our donation page hosted by NationBuilder and our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following external links is at your own risk.
